PROCLEX does not participate in commercial negotiations, purchasing decisions, or contractual agreements between buyers and suppliers.

All commercial decisions remain the responsibility of the organizations using the platform.

PROCLEX will make reasonable efforts to minimize service disruptions.

PROCLEX is not responsible for procurement decisions, supplier performance, pricing outcomes, or contractual disputes between buyers and suppliers.

Organizations remain responsible for their own procurement decisions and business relationships.
